Veterans Support Group:​​​

The NAMI Dubuque Veterans Support Group is a free, peer-led support group connecting Veterans in the Dubuque and surrounding areas. This group is designed for Veterans with lived experience to enhance community, fellowship, connection, and support.

This group is made possible by the Nick Bower memorial fund. 

Led by Army Veteran, David Lange and hosted at our main campus program center.

Never Alone: Eating Disorder Support Group

2nd Wednesday of each month: 5:00-6:00 (youth,13 to 17) 6:00-7:00PM (18+)

Join us for our newest support group focusing on disordered patterns of eating. Our facilitator Jami is looking forward to sharing experiences in a safe and confidential environment for those with lived eating disorder experiences. Our group is now meeting virtually to serve more peers!

​Healing Hearts: Suicide Bereavement Group:​​​

2nd Wednesday of each month, 6:00-7:00PM

NAMI model support group for caregivers, loved ones and families

hosted at our main campus in downtown Dubuque.

Women’s Support Group (ages 30+):

2nd Saturday of each month 10:00-11:30AM

For women ages 30 and up that explore shared experiences on wellness, family, anxiety, depression, and middle adulthood located at our new program center.

We have a grant funded partnership and host-site Monticello Library, in Jones County.
